I never intended to sell these notes. I’ve ultimately collectively spent close to 10 years compiling all of the information that goes into each document. The articles I push out are only made possible by efficient note-taking, followed by repetitive rereading of these collected notes. The patterns I recognize, the dots I connect; these are all dependent on engagement w/ the notes contained in the PDF’s listed below. I’ve spent too much time pruning the information, reading hundreds of scientific articles in the process, and as such, I cannot part ways with these pieces at no cost, especially when considering that many of the scientific studies that were digested in the production of these notes we only made accessible at a price, themselves.
